NOT tourist friendly. If you do not have a uk phone, even if you have a uk SIM card, it will NOT work. You can’t download the app and you can’t register on the website. We even spoke to another couple in the car park facing the same problem. Called customer service number which said it was CLOSED, in the middle of the day on a normal Friday. Useless!
