First time user...great coupons made meds very affordable; however, shipping time not acceptable. I have a dog who was having surgery. The order was placed the week of surgery. My vet confirmed the prescription was received the day of surgery. I did not receive my order for 8 more days. This was after calling and having the order marked as urgent. I can't imagine how long normal shipping time would have been. Customer service was really nice, packaging is very cute, but the shipping time just turned me off. Most likely will not use again.
