Vauxhall cribbs causeway had my car in through an insurance approved garage after being involved in a car crash. Vauxhall did a great job on the body repairs. Unfortunately five minutes after the car was dropped home to me the car the engine light came on, vauxhall had it back and returned it with the light off the same day and shared no information or report as to why the engine light was on. A month later the engine light is back on and they had it back on the same day for a second time and said the engine has three misfires which they were aware of when they first had it back in a month ago. I have been driving around for one month unaware of this. After having it in for a second time vauxhall said they couldn’t carry out the work until I can prove the engine light came on whilst with them/from the impact of the car crash. This is very odd as the insurance had agreed for vauxhall to carry out the work. Appalling customer service and I am now left to investigate this independently. I have had the car for two years, it has 21000 miles on it and the engine light has never been on prior to the car crash. I have full service and MOT history.
