I called Darren to discuss my order and to ensure I could get delivery on my preferred date. He was a pleasure to deal with. The Jual Helsinki desks and corner unit are fantastic - easy to assemble, beautiful design and practical too. my only slight niggle with the process is that the delivery slot was all day meaning I had to wait in from 7.30am until they arrived at around 3.30pm (could have been up to 6.00pm) - no-one was in the office that day to take my call and TNT are unable to give you an estimated ETA - wish Chase AV used DPD who give an accurate one hour time slot.
