I contacted customer service as I wanted to order a larger duvet than my bed size. The team were responsive and friendly. Shipping was really quick, and the products seem to be good quality. I've washed the sheets once and have been sleeping on them (plus the duvet and pillows) for a week; I hope the sheets stand the test of time because they're soooo cosy! The two niggles I had are: the pillows are a little too soft and flat for my liking (but easily solved by stacking them), and the dark green bedspread isn't an exact colour match with the dark green sheets (still looks pretty altogether though!).
