I ordered some LED bulbs from Toolstation for a partially sighted OAP I help, the idea being replacing some that she said had failed. Unfortunately when I went to change her bulbs those I ordered were "Warm White" not "Cool White" which she said were not bright enough to help her poor vision. I spoke with Katrina from your customer services and what a brilliant lady, she is a great ambassador for your company and she has sorted everything out, I seldom offer praise but this lady deserves it, she certainly went the extra mile, suggest you look after this lady she is valuable Thank you Katrina!
