I've ordered a couple of wraps on the 11th of November and I have still not received anything. My order is still saying 'processed' and I've asked for a refund.
Their response: "Hello,
Unfortunately, I am currently unable to cancel your order. It has processed too far throughout our warehouse for me to be able to stop it at this time.
I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Thank you for your understanding!"
Of it has processed in the warehouse why is it not coming my way? SCAMMERSSSSSSS
