I made an online puchase from sketchers.com while abroad in June to be shipped to relative's adddress in KY. I received prompt shipping notice. At the time relatives were dealing with a sudden emergency health issue so it was difficult to communicate. It was just discovered package never received and I never received delivery notice. I contacted skechers by chat. Rep Britanny A refused to try to help locate package as they only assist up to 30 days. This is unacceptable customer service. Will never buy from them again.
