Absolutely disgraceful service from SHEIN. I sent a parcel back using their provided returns label, but they have refused to refund me because their couriers lost the parcel. This is beyond unacceptable. When I pushed for a resolution and outlined the legal obligations they have, their response was to simply close the case each time. This isn’t just poor customer service – it’s fraudulent behavior. They are shirking their responsibility and leaving customers out of pocket for their mistakes.
SHEIN's lack of accountability and blatant disregard for consumer rights is appalling. They are quick to take your money but completely abandon any sense of responsibility when things go wrong. I urge everyone to think twice before purchasing from SHEIN. If you value your money and expect even a basic level of customer service, look elsewhere. This company doesn’t deserve your business.
