I placed 3 orders and they all arrived within 3 weeks to South America. All very good products and true to size. Well packaged and quality.
My 4th order (largest -19 items) was sent at the end of Dec and has been "stuck" with the Delivery service for over a month. I followed thru with Shein, and asked me to wait a few weeks (a couple of times).
After waiting 1.5 months, I decided to cancel the order.
I was refunded immediately to my chosen account.
Overall, happy with this company.
