All they want is your money, rent at your risk!
Rentalcars has zero transperancy and zero control on how they deal with rental car suppliers.
The rental company couldn't provide me with a car cancelled my reservation but refusing to provide a refund.
When requested for refund they play T&C cards which are unclear and never sent over email as part of email confirmation.
And when requested for their Ambudsman (ADR) details, the customer service dodging the question every time.
