I bought a pass for a month. Cancelling pass is very difficult. They keep asking questions. I thought I had cancelled it on Thursday 27.06.19 but it was not cancelled. So I ended up paying 2nd month's subscription.
They have not mentioned that you will receive an email in 3 hours after cancelling your pass in how to cancel a pass section of FAQs of my account. If they had done it and I would not have received an email after 3 hours I would have gone back to the cancellation process again. I am very disappointed with it.
