Sales assistant I was served by was nice and friendly - nice chit chat. However, I'm not usually one to find what I want in the sizes I need and often have to order online after my trip. The clothes are all very 'similar' and I see no massive difference between a lot of the items. Having said that, the quality of clothes is reasonable and I purchase on the basis of that it's slightly cheaper than other high street brands but don't always last very long.
