I went to Arnison Centre, Durham for a dress I had seen on line. I showed the girl a picture of it, unfortunately it wasn't in stock but the girl looked to see which store had stock she rang them to confirm they had the dress and asked them to put it to one side. I then drove to the Team Valley and got the dress. I am delighted. The staff at both branches were lovely and so helpful. Lovely girls.
