I ordered two watches for mother’s day (shipping and protection included). Only one watch came in nd never advised of the other watch until i follow and was told a week after mother’s day that they are still waiting for vendor to ship and may take weeks. I was charged shipping protection on this and they refused to reimburse it when i canceled it which is due to so much delay on their end. Not a good experience with customer service. When there’s an issue, it is not resolved well. After this, i cancelled next order as I dont trust the site anymore.
