I purchased a Cologne that was advertised as original, with a promised scent lasting 24 hours. The reviews, including those from the manufacturer, only fueled my anticipation. Sadly, the product turned out to be fake, losing its scent within 3 hours. What’s more disheartening is that every time I tried to post an honest review within the app, it was swiftly removed.
In an attempt to resolve the matter, I sought a return for the subpar product. However, I was shocked to learn that I would be required to bear the cost of shipping for their mistake. It’s absurd to expect customers to pay for the return of a fake product that they knowingly sold. This entire experience has been dismaying, to say the least.
I hope that potential customers are aware of the issues I faced with this app. It’s disappointing to encounter such a lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction. As consumers, we deserve honesty, transparency, and fair treatment. This ordeal serves as a stark reminder to be cautious when dealing with jomashop and similar platforms.
