Despite asking 3 times for an answer to a simple question. John Lewis have failed to answer it. I will not be shopping at the store again. I guess you will not greatly miss my custom but as someone who has spent circa £20,000 with you over the last 10 years. I don't feel you deserve any more profit from me.
