I received my package yesterday and my keto collagen has an expiry if 10/2020 and on top of it my mct oil order was supposed to be a 16oz but they delivered me the 15oz instead. I was told by the customer service of ordering in the us site which offer the expiry apr 2021 for the keto can’t be right. When i search for the product it brought me to iherb.com with international delivery. When i checked out the cost of product was immediately converted to sgd. how can they say that in the other site the product is listed as 10/2020? This is downright discriminating. When i click on iherb.com.sg it brings me to the same website!!! What is the customer service talking about?
To top this off, the oil i ordered is a 16oz. I was billed that too but i received a 15oz. The customer service conveniently informed me product is shipped out of korea and has a label change. No compensation. No apologies at all for the stressful purchasing! To me if you are ordering from Asia site like Singapore, you are getting a lesser deal because i paid the same value converted in SGD but i get s shorter shelflife product and a lousy excuse that products shipped out of korea has a product relabelling. Until now no apologies, no compensation.
