Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I understand that e-commerce is something the English don't understand, but come on. Each time I order something there is an issue and resolving it is like getting Jesus off the cross. Latest = two wrong shirts have been sent to me, and now I have to run in circles just to figure out how to send them back and get my refund. It is just awful.
