On the app our order kept being delayed.
We ordered at 5pm, and the estimated delivery time changed all the way to 7:12pm.
We never received a reason for the delay nor were we notified the issue was they didn’t have a driver to deliver. We waited patiently until 6:33 to only get a message saying our order was cancelled due to a delivery issue. We would have gone to pick it up ourselves if we had known! We called the restaurant to see if we could pick up the order and pay for it there since we got a refund. But they said they couldn’t do that. So we made another order, had to wait another 40min just to pick it up!
Very frustrating! The grub hub system is ridiculous. You can’t get proper support on the app, and see specific details on your order, can’t leave a review.
