My package was not delivered and Fashion Nova's staff is not helpful. They "do not take responsibility for items that are deemed delivered", even when it's not. It's a shame I'm not the only one who this happened to. Amazon would at least refund or send another one or at least have PROOF with picture that the package was delivered. Maybe FN should follow in their footsteps. With all the money spent and the low quality of their clothing, you'd think FN has enough profit to have better customer service.
