I placed an order 2FQV8S for fendi slides. When the order confirmation page came up, I realised that the size was wrong.
I immediately called customer service to cancel the order(this was 3 minutes after I placed the order). They customer service rep refused to cancel the order and told me I could return it when I receive it.
In this day of Covid-19 restrictions everywhere, most companies are trying their best to make life easier for their customers. It seems Farfetch wants to make life more difficult. What is the essence of telling me to go through the trouble and time of a return, when you could have easily cancelled the order?
I would have immediately reordered the item in the correct size. Now I will buy it elsewhere, and never use Farfetch again.
