I have tried and tried to cancel an expensive gold initial chain and monogrammed tumbler. There is no way to contact them. Have texted and texted to terminate two orders as the were, by accident, double purchases. They did contact me to verify duplicate orders however, cannot reach anyone by text nor is there a customer service rep on staff.
Absolutely, the worst company and customer service.
