Would give 0 stars if I could. False advertising and overall fraud company. I paid for their premium and premium service where they clearly state that you can get refund anytime for any reason. But when you actually ask them to do it, they say no refund and we will need administrative fees instead.
Additionally the cancel ticket button on the dashboard is permanently disabled. I have many more complaints about this company. Will never repeat the mistake of buying airline tickets from them and strongly recommend against using their services.
