Spent 700.00 on a tree that the lights lasted the first year. After several calls to customer service, technical support was a waste of time. I was told they’d send out another tree but that never happened.
Lies from supervisors, customer service, managers…generic email replies and no tree, no refund, no discount.
Worst experience of any business I’ve dealt with.
