FREE next day collection from the nearest store, an e-mail to inform me of the products that they did not have in stock, with suggested substitutes, & when I collected & decided that I didn't want one of the Substitutes, I received an e-mail within 5 minutes to inform me that my refund was being processed. I also received really friendly & understanding service in the store, (ASDA Market Drayton) I really could not fault anything about the timely, professional & FREE service, I'll definately use this service again,
