Bluefin Fitness has failed to resolve my delivery issues. I am now on day four of waiting for a delivery from DHL -who say that they have no record of Bluefin contacting them, and who further say that since DHL'scontract is with Bluefin (not with me), only Bluefin's complaint/voice/intervention is relevant. I can't comment on their product - because I haven't received them! I can say, however, that they are absolutely impossible to speak to live, either on chat or by telephone.
My advice? Run a mile from this company!
