I ordered some items, one was defected and I had to send it back. If was confirmed by Woolovers that cost of item and cost of sending back will be refunded. Refund for item was made but for sending back cost I have recieved some kind of paper saying "transaction is in process" but resfund for post cost hasn't reached my account. I wrote many times to customer service notifying about this issue but got each time the response that transaction was made.
Since that time I do not order anything from woolovers.
