My husband bought me a lambswool sweater from Woolovers. After only six wearings it has pilled badly and gone shapeless. We contacted their customer services to be told pilling is 'normal'. I don't think so. We have many old lambswool jumpers which are still wearing well after years. I haven't dared wash the Woolovers jumper, as after reading other reviews I am confidently expecting it to shrink. A jumper costing £60 should be better than this.
Woolovers customer service, likewise, is awful; they just didn't seem to care. We could return it, but at our expense.
We won't by buying from them again I am also making sure that all my friends who have bought their golf jumpers (of much better quality, it seems in the past) from Woolovers know about this poor quality and service.
