Worst company i have ever dealt with. Send substandard goods of very poor quality. Had to pay £17 to return it. Then they denied receiving the goods back so had to send a photo from courier to prove it was in their building. THen they ignore emails regarding refund and then when you call them they say they are waiting for the manufacturers to respond as to whether they are happy to refund despite the fact that woolovers website says they have a no quibble return policy if you arent happy with the products
will never use this company again, buyer beware, their website promises one thing and the reality is something very different indeed. i am going to dispute with my credit card company next as this seems to be the only way this will be resolved and a refund be obtained
