On this occasion I had to order on line. Normally I use the Burnley shop where I am a frequent customer. The advice I receive there is excellent as is the ordering service. It suits me to know that my order will be delivered to the store and I can suite myself when I collect.
My recent order was delivered by Parcelforce and the notification details were rather lacking.
