Good service is getting harder to come by so I am all the more grateful for the quick and helpful advice I am receiving from White Rose Tools and their Director, Luke. The tool I ordered was dispatched without delay but has not been received in Portugal due no doubt to cancelled flights and/or local postal delays. However, White Rose Tools responded to my plea for help overnight with helpful comments on current delays and links enabling me to track my parcel with the carriers. Thank you, Luke.
