I wasn't sure where to buy my next phone - some bad reviews for Back Market and other 'middle men' marketplaces. It seemed to boil down entirely to what the seller was like, and I didn't fancy paying a markup for Back Market as they didn't seem to do anything or indeed offer much support in the event of a warranty claim. I found this seller with seemingly excellent reviews all round. Phone was posted out the same day I ordered, arrived the following day. Phone was described as 'pristine' and indeed it is - It does appear brand new! Albeit without any box or manual. Phone is working perfectly, and can't fault it or the service.
