Made appointment for 12 pm but they phoned to say could they come earlier as had lots of orders.came at 9.30am. Asked what blinds I wanted and colour took measurements.really disappointed as had new windows and wanted to discuss what would be good. Wouldn't leave their catalogue to view and not to discuss what would look good.told me to go to shop to choose a colour when I didn't know what type of blinds that would look good. I wanted professional advice but got none. Disappointed and won't go back there as they seem more interested in just getting your order and money without any advice Gave them my email but had no email or text from them. Bad customer service. I try elsewhere. Philippa
