Was so excited to get a weekend away in Bologna for the surprise Wowcher deal. It then took 6 weeks for them to contact us to book the trip, where we were told Bologna would not be available. We were completely accomodating - saying we would try different dates and different locations, only to be told any changes would cost us £80! Complete scam -where our agreed holiday was not available but any changes would cost us. We've tried emailing weekender breaks and wowcher with no responses and no refund.
