Very helpful when setting up my account, prompt responses to my messages. No problems in setting up. The "dashboard" is useful to see whats happening. As far as performance is concerned, its a bit early to say as I'm only 2 months in. This is the only thing stopping me from giving it a 5! But my money has earnt more than where it was, and once the election is out of the way perhaps things will settle down - this is for the longer term after all.
