Never had an issue whatsoever with Wave Spa’s
We had a hot tub stolen and we only had it two weeks they went above and beyond and replaced it free of charge as a gesture of good will. When we upgraded to a bigger hot tub 8 months down the line, they supplied us a discount too as the liners weren’t available at the time. Always had replies within 2-3 days of raising an issue. Will buy again!
