My wife and I were VERBALLY ABUSED AND SUBJECTED TO THREATENING BEHAVIOUR by a Waitrose delivery driver. As 80 year olds we were severely concerned about this road rage as it was totally unwarranted.
I complained to Waitrose HQ who said they would investigate. Today they phoned to tell me the matter had been dealt with. NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING - made me feel as if they felt it was my fault and I deserved such treatment !
