love Waitrose, due to your brilliant coffee and paper offer it was in 2018.a no brainer.I could understand the removal of the coffee offer. But at a time pending severe inflation the sudden removal of the newspaper offer is going to hit a lot of your loyal customers really hard . The hardest hit of this measure will be largely elderly retired people.
