I ordered a bouquet of flowers from Waitrose to be delivered to friends for a very special wedding anniversary. Unfortunately I put the wrong address! However the Delivery Driver called me and asked me to validate. I would like to thank Rob for his exemplary customer care a skills. He then called me again to let me know that my friends were home and they had been delivered. Without his initiative they would not have been delivered. Huge thanks Rob.
