Hi VisaHQ, your visa refund process is the worst. I have cancelled my application after 2 emails due to our visa reasons, and it's been a month. I received an incorrect refund amount, and now no one is helping and saying that this is the refund which contradicts the initially discussed refund amount. And they are not even responding now to the emails
