Very slow and do not follow through with your visa, terrible service!!! Applied for a visa and the US changed regulations that Visa HQ couldn’t make certain visas and they did not inform me. later on requested a full refund and they did not honor my request! They are a bunch of Scammers!!! they will not give you your money back. The only thing they’ll give you back is in store credit. I don’t want to make visas through them since they didn’t follow through with making the visa the first time and didn’t let me know that the regulations changed. And now that they are not giving me my money back, for sure not!
