I was not able to process my application due to requirements issues so I called for cancellation. It was difficult to get through the line but I finally talked to Michelle. She was accomodating and it took a while for my transaction to be completed. And as I waited, Michelle continued to assure me that she was still there. And I really appreciated that. In the end she was able to process the cancellation along with a colleague. Thank you Michelle. I gave 4 stars only because it was difficult to get someone on the other end of the line. I had to dial so many times before someone answered.
