Our plaque was finally delivered after 8 weeks, unfortunately with multiple imperfections when it was cast, the colour is bland & flowers are much smaller than on-line example. We sent an email & photos on day of delivery to explain this and received an automated response that said you would try to respond within 48 hours, it’s been over a week so far and we are still waiting . . . How can you state on-line that every item is bespoke & made by artisans when there is obviously no quality control prior to items being sent to customers ? Our plaque at £91.00 is overpriced and resembles something bought ‘off the shelf’ at B&Q or Simpsons for £15.00. Would not recommend !!
