It took 10 weeks for my house sign to arrive - and that was only after I contacted them to find out how much longer I would need to wait for it. I could only email them as there was no answer on their landline. There was no direct reply to my query until after they'd arranged for the sign to be delivered by next day courier and they knew it had been delivered. Sign was fine when it arrived - but invoice showed that it should have been shipped weeks previously.
