Hi
I had a new boiler installed last year, after my plumber recommended viessmann.
I would have liked to extend the warranty but I missed the 30 day deadline by one day and have tried to contact your customers services but had no reply I spoke to my plumber and he contracted the sales rep but still no contact I also filled in a form as the rep suggested and posted it but still no reply.
I know it is my fault that I didn’t take out the warranty in the time allotted but surely one day shouldn’t make a difference if your company stands by the the quality and reliability of the products you sell.
I would at least like a reply and explanation as to why an extended warranty cannot now be purchased.
