I have been a customer for 9 years and can't rate the Cigalikes highly enough. The delivery and service is always excellent and my only niggle would be that sometimes the refills in my preferred strength are unavailable whilst the 20% discount is on. Doesn't happen very often, but when it does it is slightly annoying. Please keep doing what you doing, you are saving my sanity Every time. Cheers Hellen Dann
