I use Vapeclub all the time and sadly had my first need to sumbit an RMA.
However I can say for certain that the team, in particular Mo was extemely helpful and sorted my issue out.
I was particurly surprised at the speed of their response and the fact that even when I send them a message quite late in the day, I still got a reply.
Definetley a happy customer and will keep coming back :)
