SHOCKING DISPLAY OF NEGLEGENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We were supplied an L200 with a different registration to the one that we signed finance docs for and insured. The vehicle was recently involved in a road traffic accident and the insurers refused to accept the claim.
We were never notified of the registration change and Vanarama are refusing to assist, claiming that I was notified of the reg change by a TEXT MESSAGE.
No texts were ever received and all other correspondence was by email!
