From ordering to delivery 1st. class .The logs are great, we burn ours with stove doors open normally with one at a time and in between a few nuggets of smokeless solid fuel , the room 25 x15ft. is really cosy and often leave doors open to allow heat to reach other areas, one log burns a good hour we will be ordering again thank you.
